Each CARE for AIDS center operates within an African church, which is local, cost effective, and discreet for our clients. The center has two local Kenyan, Tanzanian, or Ugandan counselors who guide 80 HIV+ clients through a nine-month process of transformation. Clients graduate at the end of the nine-month program and counselors recruit another group of 80 HIV+ clients from the community for the next class.
